Our goal at Casa Higuera is to maximize even minute of your vacation experience. Our staff will meet your party at the airport to ensure no time is wasted before you arrive at the villa where you will enjoy a margarita reception with fresh made guacamole. Our concierge will arrange dining experiences from restaurant recommendations or reservations to groceries and drinks in the villa. We will arrange everything from spa treatments and massages, to salsa lessons, golf rounds, or flying through the jungle on a canopy tour.

The main level of the house has two of the bedroom suites, kitchen, dining area, sitting/living area, outdoor terrace, pool & jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped if you would like to cook during your vacation but also ready for private chefs or caterers to serve gourmet meals to your party without needing to leave the home. The formal dining table seats up to eight. For the less formal occasions the outdoor terrace offers a less formal setting and plenty of seating for your entire party. When entertaining, or just relaxing around the house the living area features fold back doors allowing you to experience the outside terrace, living and dining areas as one large room where relaxing on the couch is just as easy as sitting in the pool sipping margaritas.

The suites

The master suite sits on the top level of the villa. Waking up to the stunning views of Banderas Bay and downtown Vallarta will truly spoil you and raise the bar for your lodging expectations for years to come. The master suite features a king size bed, two outdoor terraces and sitting area small office area, flat panel television, walk-on closet, bathroom en suite his and hers vanity, soaker tub, walk-in shower, and separate room off the bathroom with toilet and bidet.

While no view in Vallarta can exceed that of the master suite, the secondary suite on the main level also has a beautiful view overlooking Banderas Bay. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, indoor sitting area, direct access to the main terrace, walk-in closet, and bathroom en suite with dual vanity, soaker tub, and separate room off the bathroom with toilet and bidet.

The third bedroom, also situated on the main level located off the kitchen has a more northern view of the city centered around the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe in the center of downtown Vallarta. The room has a full bath en suite, direct access to the main terrace, desk, and flat panel TV.

The fourth suite on the lower level of the villa features two queen beds, a garden and city view, outdoor sitting area, television, and bathroom en suite with dual vanity.

The lower level of the villa includes a game room featuring a big screen flat panel TV, home movie library, library, and board/parlor games. There is also a storage area where you will find pool floats and beach gear you can feel free to use throughout your stay.

Laundry facilities and maids quarters are on site but there is no need to worry about these facilities as the maids will take care of all laundry and ironing while you enjoy your time in paradise.
